IBIS High-Resolution Shooting with Enhanced Quality
In IBIS In-body Image Stabilization high-resolution shooting mode, the EOS R5 combines nine sequential shots to create a single image that surpasses its normal resolution capabilities. This feature allows for JPEG shooting at an enhanced resolution.
To utilize this advanced option:
Enable IBIS High-Resolution Shot
Navigate through the settings and select Enable
under the relevant menu option.
Capture the Image
Once enabled, take your picture by pressing the shutter button completely.
A series of nine images will be captured and seamlessly merged into a single, high-resolution image file that's saved onto your memory card.
